Unfortunately, our experience was marred by late-night noise from unsupervised children running the halls. Despite the hotel’s proximity to landmarks like Bungarribee Park and Western Sydney Parklands, the dirty room and poor customer service left much to be desired. I wouldn’t recommend staying here again.

Accommodation was a nice size and nicely presented with competent and easy going staff in quite this manner. The restaurant was great for breakfast, we ordered appetising dishes. The bed was great and there were a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator...
Sadly, but there was stain in some areas.

The hotel is well-maintained, has exceptional staff in assisting with my booking. The club serves eggs and bacon in the morning: )

The bed was cozy , and the bathroom was well-maintained. the database provided easy access to essential information about the hotel services and local attractions. I found the TV to be quite small and not very engaging, which slightly detracted from my overall enjoyment.
One minor downside was the elevator; it felt slow and clunky, taking longer than expected to open its doors.

I appreciated the comfy bed and spacious room – definitely a plus for a weekend getaway! The location was super convenient, close to local clubs for meals and entertainment, which made our nights out easy and fun.
There were a ton of issues! The air con barely worked, and the shower was dirty with poor water pressure. On top of that, we had missing towels and a non-working phone in the room. Communication was terrible too; I couldn't get any responses before checking in. Definitely not what I expected!

My husband and I stayed for one night while visiting family, and we were quite pleased with our experience. The rooms were neat and tidy, and the hotel has a fantastic location near Westpoint, which made shopping convenient. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to our positive experience. The rates are reasonable, and we appreciated the nearby restaurants and RSL club, making it a great choice for visitors.
I recommend this hotel.

I had a really frustrating experience at this hotel. The bed kept coming apart, and I ended up having to sleep awkwardly across it.
